Culinary Arts


Baking & Pastry Arts Level 1-Certificate
Our graduates can find rewarding careers in bakeries, restaurants, catering houses and institutional settings.

We give you hands-on training and guidance through areas such as the concepts and theories of culinary techniques, baking and pastry, sanitation and safety, menu management, as well as purchasing and product identification. 

Baking & Pastry Arts Level 2-Certificate
Building on the skills and fundamentals of Level 1 training, Level 2 offers more advanced teachings.

We guide you through topics such as the preparation of cakes, pastries, frozen desserts, chocolate, and regional desserts. You will also learn classical and artisan bread baking techniques.

Culinary Arts Level 1-Certificate
This program is a great way to gain perspective into many aspects of the culinary industry.

You can take this program independently as a certificate program and then start your career, or you can opt to combine it with Culinary Arts Level 2 and work towards a Culinary Arts diploma.

Culinary Arts Level 2-Certificate
This program builds on skills acquired at Level 1, and ventures into new areas of study.

Our talented instructors will help you to expand your cooking skills. You will have the opportunity to learn the business side of the industry by covering menu development, cost control, pricing, professional standards of performance, guest relations, and communication skills.

Baking & Pastry Arts-Diploma
We can help you start and plan your career by covering the various advantages and disadvantages of working in all parts of the food service industry.

We also give you hands-on training that covers classic creams, custards and other fillings. You can learn techniques for making mousses, tarts, and cakes.

Your baking training will cover the preparation of yeast and sweet dough products.

Culinary Arts-Diploma
Our Diploma programs combine the business side of culinary arts  with culinary skills.

You gain the fundamental concepts, skills, and techniques involved in basic cookery. At the same time, you can learn about food and environmental sanitation and safety.
